Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction: Thank you for shopping at Tahu FM Merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which returns or refunds are handled.

Returns: You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was received. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective. These include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.

Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will inform you about the status of your refund after the item has been inspected. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You should receive the refund within a specific number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@tahufm.shop and send your item to:

Shipping for Returns: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
